I dont know why Frank took this picture, he was up on the ladder working on some bracing and I was not in the barn. This was bracing that was not in our barn books, the neighbor is a contractor and told us that we needed these.

Frank let Nathalie eat the powder from this, it is apple cider. You mix it with hot water, I personally find it nasty but he likes it and she apparently liked the nasty powder.

We had the rabbits in this corner and their stand is screwed to the wall. If we do not secure it so, the goats will knock them over. Frank put the pieces in and I cut them.

Moving the rabbits, sorry its all out of order still because blogger has a new system that total confuses me. they are backwards, so I have to post them last to first in the order I want but I get confused sometimes.

We stacked them on top of each other because when we put them flat, the goats jumped onto the cages. So we made a stack and naturally the goats wanted to knock them over. so we tied the goats to the fence outside.

Both of our female rabbits just had babies again this week,we have 3 older baby rabbits that Mrs. Rabbity had. She killed her other ones, by landing on them roughly we think. She has a lid now and can get in and out to nurse but cannot land on them anymore.

See rabbits are all about stacking. We stack them up by cages, we hold them in a stack. We pile them on each other in their other pen and they sit on top of one another. I do not know if they are happy this way, or they just dont have voice boxes to let us know they dont like it.

We did this on both sides of the barn, now are done with bracing.Today we finished the siding on the back,still have the front to go.Frank is asleep on the couch. He gets up at 4 a.m. and has all sorts of things going on, like his daughter going to the ER. As you can see, he lost his battle with balding. For some reason, he has developed alopecia and thus his hair is falling out. It isnt normal pattern balding, it comes out in patches. The doctor said it would come back, but we are tired of waiting on it. He just shaved it off for now.I kinda like the look...
