It is hard to live without good bread, so in between barn building, homeschooling, gardening and all the rest I will not bother to list, I make bread. This is bosch bread, I use the bosch for kneading, then it only needs 1 short rise. Normally kneaded bread needs two, but not with the bosch. This bread got a little tall!
   
Round breads are great for stews, we use smaller ones for bread bowls but this one was just for eating.

Now another short episode of "Nathalie and her dog." That is what we are calling him now, he does tricks, follows her about, comes when she calls and plays games with her. I am not sure who won clue, but she let kitten believe it was him.
